I got goosebumps.

Personally I feel like it's too ambient a tad bit too long in the beginning, but other than that, this is so good. The guitar near the end is the cherry on top.

Ooh, this is really good, so good. I feel like this really fits for the whole air battle stuff, and it also sounds like fighting game music. Two for one!

Yeah, I guess would somehow fit with a fighting game too.
Though, personally I would probably make more of a hi-nrg Dance genre if I were making a song for a one-on-one fighter.

I like the more cutscene-cinematic approach you had going, but there are a couple problems I found, like the melody and bass being repetitive with very slight changes, the chiptune feeling out of place, and personally I disliked the sine wave at the end.
